Ok just listened to this one. If anyone is just getting started in machining a great place to start is George H Thomas’ “the model engineers workshop manual”. I think it is the best book on hobby machining ever written. He wrote a column in Model Engineer. Stephane had castings for his dividing head and did a couple of videos so he must know the book. There are simple projects right up to complex projects, mostly tooling. Also a lot of practical guidance on how to tackle various challenging machining operations like parting off. It is sold by Tee publishing. This book ruined my life.
